I saw this film today. It has shot straight to the number one spot on my Top 10. It is INCREDIBLE. It's just... the directing, acting, casting, shooting, pacing, writing err... any other 'ing' that can be applied to a film. 10/10 It really is that good. I have one 'meh I could've done without that bit' about it, but it's by no means a low point. I won't post any spoilers here, but if your over 14, go and see this film. Round off gainer (exploder)

Well i was doin round off bck tucks today and decided to try for a gainer. I done it (was surprsied) then i done it the 2nd and still got it. But not i dnt seem to land them i always put my hands dwn cuz off the height i dnt get and tht my round off's arnt well fluent enough. Ill get a vid off it up soon but any tips on it plz

This is a real old video I made of a College trip to New York which was initially for looking around Museums and going to bobtech galleries and shiiiiiit. I ended up hooking up with a group of guys from NYPK and started to get loose. This is what turned out. This is by far no means a slick action edit, just a vibey edit of the trip.

A tricking team (Team Ninja) and Popk just finished shooting pictures for the article. The photographer was nice, and she got some great pictures. The article will be on its way soon.

She also wanted to do one on just parkour instead of tricking, so we have that to look forward too also. A video might be coming also...

Why are you so tired?

It's my personal opinion that parkour training is becoming too repetetive among people. Nobody is pushing the boundries of what is really possible through training and how far one can really progress in just one session. Everybody now seems to think that it's all about getting stronger and repeating exercises over and over and over. Then you get tired and in the training videos they still say that even when your tired you should keep doing it and doing it and doing it.

Its our last day of term on tuesday (wtf) and we have been told that we can watch a film if wed like to. And as it is Psychology, the teacher has said it should be remotley psychological.
