ok so back a few years ago when i was about 14 i followed freerunning tryed to get into it but failed miserably i eventually got in with the wrong crowd started doing alot of drugs and general assholish behaviour now im 17 and cleaned myself up.I was thinking of getting back into it because i rememberd it made me feel free so im actually making an effort in my training and the mindset. I smoke and i think that would be a massive problem in my stamina i was lookin more on the parkour side of...

I made this account, must have been a while back now as I kind of lost my way from Freerunning, but I decided from watching the Freerunning Championships how much I missed it and wanted to get back into it, so I came to here, and I signed it after it telling me I was already a member, and tbh, I dont like my username, is there anyway I or someone can change it, please?

OK so I'm like brand new to prakour/free running i just started a week ago and after i jump off a bunch of things the balls of my feet hert and as far as i know im using proper landing technique so is this supposed to happen? they can start herting pritty bad

What Does Seidojin Mean?

Seidojin is the name of a group of Traceurs who are representatives of the Urban Freeflow website and community.

It is a word made up of Chinese characters or Kanji which when combined translate to "People of the way of silence"

Current member of Seidojin are:

The name was picked to reflect our goals and the way we treat parkour: as a discipline and a way of life.

The title/ranks are set for number of posts, however, please DO NOT post useless stuff just to raise the number of posts, this will anger other members and make you instantly unpopular.

The only ones that you need to take note of are:

Seidojin - Members of the Urban Freeflow team

UF Admin - Forum Administrator

The titles are based on the number of posts you have, and they are completely random and don't mean anything. They are there for entertainment purposes only!

The worst thing you can do is try to change your title by adding a bunch of meaningless poasts, this is a very fast way to become disliked in the community.
