Poi, Juggling, staff spinning and all the rest

Anybody here do any circus kind of stuff? I think I may have posted this question a few years but we have all new people these days so meh.

I'm partial to a bit of poi and staff both of the standard and fire varietys. I do a bit of contact juggling too but it takes so long to learn i'm progressing s l o w l y with that. Been dabbling with a bit of the double silk ropes and the trapeze too, you wouldnt believe how much hard work and how painful it is! It's gave me a whole...

I have a few films for sale. All new, will end up on ebay if no one wants them here. There's Oceans 11(x2+), 3 Harry Potters(x2), Happy Feet, Blood Diamond and The Prestige(x2+).
Just to be clear these are HD DVD (brown cased High Def films), they will not work on a standard DVD player or a Bluray player

Well when I went to bed there was hell on at cockermouth as i'm sure you all know. Cockermouth is only 8 miles from my house so it was mad as fuck seeing it on the news under water with raf helicopters all over the place.

I'm considering an 'upgrade' (downgrade?) from my ageing canon 20D to the Canon 500D... The canon 20D puts out 5fps, where as the 500D only does 3.4fps. My question is to those who have the 500D or similar cameras which shoot 3-ish fps - does the loss in speed make it significantly harder to capture action shots? It seems like a stupid question; I'm an experienced published photographer with a few awards under my belt, but i've never used anything but my 20D for...

What kind of headphones you guys using at the moment? I just ordered myself some skullcandy full metal jackets. Was going to go with the skullcandy asym as they are designed to be worn during running and shizz but i've never had any problem with earbuds falling out in the past and the fmj's got a better review for the sound quality.

Hello i used to attend some free running sessions where i live. But the instructor shortly left and i still hadn't learned flips and other moves with require a safe environment to practice in. I noticed this trampoline club and went to try it out. You do some free running related things but not everything is but if i learned flips and tricks on a trampoline would it make it harder to do it when im not on one or would it help?
