yes it may seem that a underbar is easy for lotz
but im having difficulties so i could do parkour with out it
but i wana be able to do it, if u no wat i mean i cant move on properly untill i get it rite and land it
i feel when i jump to put my legs through to bits of pipe i will miss and fall bak some waked up thing.
so plz anything will be appresiated.

Hey im just new to parkour and im starting soon once i have the rite equipment. im wanting to buy a pair of adidas novas mens size like 8 or 9 and ive checked at my local rebel sport and they have only women netball shoes and nothing parkour related such as wrist guards nd dat. i live in campbelltown and i wanna know sumwhere where i can purchase the adidas novas,wrist guards and a good pair of pants i am tryin save for a new computer so i dont wanna spend tooo much. can any1 give me any...

i live in melbourne. only thing is i live in the suburbs. in my area, its flat, theres no big buildings,and fences normally lead to HUGE dogs.(or so i've learnt). pretty much the only places i have found good for training are local shopping centres( and i normally get kicked out), schools, and childrens playgrounds.
anyone got some creative ideas?
plus, i dont fancy cat-leaping over bushes.
