Basically if you do condtioning for parkour you do stuff like squats pul ups etc
If you do squats you basically want to make your legs stronger so you can precision further etc, when why not atcually do precisons over and over again? your targeting the exact muscles you wont to be bale to jump further if you do there surely its more benaficial?
So like doing 50 presisions is more benaficial than doing 50 squats
And doing 50 cat leps to pull youself up is more benaficial than doing 50 pull ups?
So why dont we train like this it make sense and its quicker and your targeting the exact muscle for parkour
