Hey, again, if you don't know, I'm a noob to Parkour. Anyway, I have made absolutely no progress whatsoever in the last threeish months. The reason for
this sucks. Apperantly, I am likely to have Crohn's Disease which makes you feel horrible a ton and all sorts of crap. Anyway, I've been sick for the
last few months and I haven't been able to practice at all. Do you guys have any advice of how to make some sort of progress when it's hard to get out
and run?

ya, just stick to gettiung the simple moves down, make sure you have them down pat and then work your way into linking them and doing the more complex ones

Man, sorry to hear that. One of my good friends has Crohn's Disease and it's not nice. It's not really debilitating though, as far as I can tell
sometimes it's really bad, other times you barely notice. I expect you'll be taking a hell of a lot of drugs though? Anyway, when you aren't
feeling it so much, go out and train! If you're really ill, don't train. The trick, I think, is to really make the most of the days where you're
good. If you're on the edge, how about conditioning? training might be a bit turbulent ( and Crohn's gives you stomach upsets right?) but basic
situps/pushups etc shouldn't be out of the question.

I dont know anything about Crohn's Disease, but my advice would be to just train at home physically on days when you're too tired or sick to get out.
And when you can train, do it in short intervals, so you dont strain yourself.
And wear gloves.... Because everyone knows that they are what true traceurs are all about... <_< *sarcasm* |
