Injuries (topic) Hey, I was in Manchester one day, I jumped A 15-20ft drop, I landed really oddly and sprained my ankle, it was about 4 weeks ago and I still feel the pain even now, any way you guys could tell me how the hell I stop this from bloody aching???? |
