I always recommend stretching out your wrists as there are a lot of vaults which bend your hands backwards. I imagine a bit of rest and some light stretching
will sort them out.

mine can't bend fully 90degrees+ as it should, its from doing these stupidly big speed vaults in the gym. its been like that for about a year, doesn't
change anything, hasn't got better or worst.
Why do you guys call cigs fags? Just wondering....Because that makes it sound like your buying gay people

Mine are weird the slightest movement just makes them click but it doesn't hurt :S
Anybody know why? |

It was inevitable. I think someone made another thread about the same problem.

I sprained my big toe badly once (not pking, I was messing around and I was barefooted, went over on all my left toes, big toe being the longest suffered then
most) and well I knew it was sprained and cowencidentally I was seeing my GP the next day for a different reason and I asked his opinion and he said it sounds
and seems both sprained and hardlined fractured and there wasnt much to be done, only rest and bandaging it up as good as I could, but the pain subsided
significantly within about 1 weeks time and I was heading to Dublin for K.o.C so i continued training , only had the odd bit of mild discomfert, but now about
5 weeks on the pain is basically all gone but it was lost alot of is flexibilty (compared to the other toe) and I dont know what to do about it, Im stretching
it but I can train and live life as normal without having a toe that curls in as far as it should (but then again its technically early days because I was told
an est. 6-8 weeks for full recovery).
Now your probly wondering why am I rambling on about my toe, well what im trying to say is that you've probly sprained it and/or injured an important part that relates to what althoughs your wrist to move and/or something that actually enables some what of the direction of movement (such as a tendon) and by ignoring it and trying ot train on it and/or not taking care of it, perhaps best scenerio is that you dont know for sure whats wrong with it so how do you know how to treat it!? heh but this has resulted in some sort of difference, now the injured part of the wrist dosent want to return to normal standards/shape or it cant, exspecially with sprain type injuries this is common if you dont do physio and stretching (you can do them yourself, just because I mentioned physio dosent mean major medical requirement unless it is a serious injury). But im just basing that on past experince, what ive been told be doctors and physios and whats wrong with my big toe. But see your doctor, stress to him/her whats wrong (sometimes they wont listen unless you come walking in with you head in your hands and say "I think soomethings wrong") and they can send you to physio, physio really helps and again based on my own experince physio can really help sprained related injuries. |

I dont really bother with handstand either, handstand push ups for shoulder condationing thats about it but cheers for the concern and advice man |
