Any tip for how to learn flips because i am psychically not able to do flips and i can't propel myself i to the air and spin my legs back over my head to
the ground. What sort of exercises should i do to let me do flips because the bravery is not a problem i try lots and splat every time So what exercises will
give me the strength or ability to do flips because I've been freerunning for a year or maybe 2 but am getting really annoyed with my inability.
